Troubleshoot why the booking button isn't appearing or working.
If parents are telling you they can't book your class, or you're not seeing a booking button on your public page, check these common causes:
Tip
The fastest way to diagnose is to look at the Booking Status pill on the class detail page — it tells you exactly why a class is closed and what to change. See "Understanding class booking status" for the canonical list of states and how to unblock each one.
If your class has a price set, you must have Stripe Connect set up and charges enabled. Go to the Payments section in your dashboard to check your Stripe status.
The booking button only appears when there's at least one session in the future. Check the Sessions section on the class detail page to make sure upcoming sessions exist.
If you've set a "Booking opens at" date and it hasn't arrived yet, parents will see a message telling them when booking opens but won't be able to book.
If you've set a maximum number of participants and that limit has been reached, new bookings will be blocked. You can increase the limit on the class detail page, or enable waitlists.
Once any session for a class is in the past, new bookings are blocked unless you enable "Mid-session booking" in the class settings.
