Troubleshoot why a class doesn't appear on your public page.
If your class isn't appearing on your public company page, check these common causes:
New classes are unpublished by default. Go to the class detail page in your dashboard and check the "Published" toggle in the "Class Settings" section. If it says "Not published", toggle it on.
You need to add at least one session before you can publish a class. Go to the class detail page and add sessions using the "+ Add sessions" button.
If all sessions for a class have already happened, the class may still show on your page but parents won't be able to book it. Add new future sessions or enable mid-session booking if some sessions remain.
Tip
Remember that you and other company members can always see unpublished classes when you're logged in — they appear in a separate section with a banner. Log out or use an incognito window to see what parents see.
