Why Am I Not Receiving Payments?

Troubleshoot payment and Stripe Connect issues.

If parents are booking but you're not seeing payments in your Stripe account, check these potential issues:

1. Stripe Connect not fully set up

Go to the Payments section in your dashboard and check all three status indicators: charges enabled, payouts enabled, and details submitted. All three should be active.

2. Payouts not enabled

Even if charges are enabled, Stripe may not be able to send money to your bank if payouts aren't enabled. This usually means Stripe needs additional verification. Log into your Stripe dashboard directly to check for any pending requirements.

3. The class is set as free

Check that your class has a price set. If the price is blank or zero, bookings are processed as free and no payment is collected.

Payments go directly to your Stripe account. Bookabee's platform fee is deducted automatically. You can view all transactions in your Stripe dashboard.
