Franchise Management

Bookabee supports a one-level franchise system where a franchisor company can oversee multiple franchisee companies.

How franchising works

• A franchisor is a parent company that manages other companies (franchisees).
• Franchisor admins automatically get admin access to all franchisee dashboards.
• Each franchisee operates as an independent company with its own classes, bookings, and settings.
• Franchisees can see their franchisor information in the "Franchisor" section.

Setting up a franchise

The franchise relationship can be set up from the "Franchising" section in the franchisor's dashboard. You can generate franchise codes for new franchisees to join, or look up existing companies to add.
