Embedding Classes on Your Website

You can embed a Bookabee widget on your own website so parents can browse and book your classes without leaving your site. The Widget section in your dashboard offers three flavours.

All classes

Shows every published class for your company. Best for a single "Book a class" page on your site.

This widget has the same four views as your public Bookabee page, and visitors can switch between them using the tabs at the top:

• **All** — a card for every class. This is the default.
• **Map** — pins for each venue; click a pin to see the classes there.
• **Locations** — your venues as an expandable list, with the classes at each.
• **Calendar** — a month grid showing when classes actually run.

Use the "Default view" option to choose which one the widget opens on — pick Calendar if your visitors mainly want to know when things run, or Map/Locations if you cover several venues. Whichever you choose, visitors can still switch to the others.

Single class

Pick one class from the dropdown and the widget shows only that class with a Book button. Useful for landing pages or campaign URLs that promote a specific class.

Classes at a location

When you run classes at multiple locations, you can embed a widget that only shows classes for one specific location. Useful if you have a separate page per venue (e.g. "Classes in Reading" / "Classes in Wokingham"). The location dropdown lists every distinct location you've set on a class.

How to embed

1. Go to the "Widget" section in your dashboard.
2. Choose the widget type you want and configure the dropdown if it has one.
3. Click "Preview" to see what it'll look like before you commit.
4. Copy the embed code provided and paste it into your website's HTML where you want the widget to appear.

Embeds always stay up to date with your latest classes, sessions, availability, and pricing — no need to update the code manually when you make changes in Bookabee.
