Managing Your Company Settings

Your company settings control how your business appears to parents on your public booking pages.

Company details

• Company name — displayed on your public page and in booking confirmations.
• URL slug — the unique part of your booking page URL (e.g. bookabee.co/your-slug).
• Logo — shown on your public booking page header.
• Icon — a smaller square image used in navigation and as a favicon.

Contact information

• Contact email — shown on your public booking pages so parents can reach you. Also used as the cancellation contact when self-cancellation is disabled on a class.
• Website URL — linked on your public booking pages.

Legal links

You can add URLs to your terms of service and privacy policy. These are shown on your public booking pages and during the booking process, so parents can review them before booking.
