Getting Started with Bookabee

Create your account, set up your company, and start taking bookings.

Bookabee makes it easy for children's activity providers to manage classes, sessions, and bookings online. Here's how to get up and running.

Create your account

  1. Go to the registration page and enter your name, email address, and a password — or sign up with Google.
  2. You'll receive a verification code by email. Enter the code to verify your account.
  3. Once verified, you'll be taken to the onboarding flow to create your company.

Set up your company

  1. Enter your company name — this is what parents will see when browsing your classes.
  2. Your company gets a unique URL slug (e.g. bookabee.co/your-company) that you can share with parents.
  3. You'll be taken to your dashboard where you can start creating classes.

What to do next

  • Add your company logo and contact details in Settings.
  • Set up Stripe Connect if you want to take payments for classes.
  • Create your first class and add sessions.
  • Publish your class and share the booking link with parents.

Tip

You can manage multiple companies from a single Bookabee account. Use the company switcher in the dashboard to switch between them.
