Scheduling When Booking Opens

Set a future date and time when booking becomes available.

You can schedule a specific date and time when booking opens for a class. This is useful for popular classes where you want to give all parents a fair chance to book at the same time.

Setting a booking open date

Go to the class detail page and edit the class details.
Set the "Booking opens at" date and time.
Parents will see a message on the booking page telling them when booking opens.
Once the date and time passes, the booking button becomes available automatically.

Tip

You can publish the class and share the link before booking opens. Parents will be able to see the class details and session schedule, but won't be able to book until the opening time.
