Using a voucher code

Redeem a discount code at the booking form.

If the activity provider has shared a voucher or discount code with you, you can apply it on the booking form to reduce the class price.

How to apply a code

  1. Click "Book now" on the class page and fill in your details.
  2. Find the "Have a voucher code?" link below the price summary on the form.
  3. Click it, type or paste your code, and click "Apply".
  4. If the code is valid, the price summary updates: the original class price is shown with a strikethrough, the discount appears on its own line, and the total drops.

Codes are not case-sensitive and spaces are ignored, so SAVE10, save10, and "save 10" are all treated the same.

Removing a code

After applying a code you can remove it by clicking the X on the voucher pill. The price summary returns to the original. You can then enter a different code if you have one.

Once you click the Pay button, the voucher is locked in — you can't change codes mid-checkout. Use the back button to return to the form if you need to.

When a code is rejected

Common reasons:

  • "That code isn't valid for this class." — the code might be for a different class, a different provider, or doesn't exist.
  • "That voucher has expired." — the provider set an expiry date that has passed.
  • "That voucher has been fully redeemed." — the provider capped how many people could use it and the cap is full.
  • "You've already used this voucher." — the code is single-use and you've already booked with it before (matched by your email).

Note

Vouchers only apply to the class price. Any optional add-ons you select aren't discounted — and Bookabee booking fees recalculate against the lower price automatically.
