Some classes offer optional extras you can add to your booking — what they are and how they're priced.
Some activity providers offer optional extras — called add-ons — that you can add to your booking. These might be things like a printed certificate, a club T-shirt, materials for the class, or an extra like bringing a sibling along. Add-ons are completely optional; you only pay for the ones you choose.
Most add-ons are a simple one-off price. Some are priced "per session" — shown on the form as "£X / session" — which means you're charged for each session you're booking:
Whatever the pricing, the running total on the booking form always shows exactly what you'll pay before you continue to payment.
Providers can limit how many of an add-on they sell. If one has run out it shows as "Sold out" and can't be selected; if only a few remain you may see an "Only N left" note.
Any add-ons you chose are itemised on your booking confirmation email and your booking detail page, so you can see exactly what you paid for.
Note
Voucher codes apply to the class price only, not to add-ons. And if you're refunded, add-ons aren't included in the standard refund — if you need to sort out an add-on, contact the activity provider directly.
