Updating Your Booking Information

Change the additional information you provided when booking.

If the activity provider has configured additional booking fields (like child's name, medical conditions, etc.), you can update this information after booking.

How to update your information

  1. Go to your booking detail page using the link in your confirmation email, or look up your booking using your reference number.
  2. You'll see your booking information fields displayed on the page.
  3. Click "Edit" to modify any of the fields.
  4. Save your changes.

The activity provider will be able to see the updated information in their dashboard.
