What to do if your payment fails or is interrupted.
Sometimes payments don't go through on the first attempt. Here's what to do in different scenarios.
If you closed the payment page or your browser crashed during checkout, your booking may be in a "payment pending" state. Pending bookings are held for 30 minutes. You can return to the class page to retry the payment, or the booking will be automatically cancelled after 30 minutes.
If your card was declined, check that your card details are correct and that you have sufficient funds. You can try again from your booking detail page using the "Retry payment" option.
If you believe your payment went through but you haven't received a confirmation email, try looking up your booking using your name on the booking lookup page. If you still can't find it, contact the activity provider directly — their contact details are shown on the class page.
