How to cancel your booking if you can no longer attend.
Whether you can cancel your booking yourself depends on the activity provider's settings for that class.
If the provider has enabled self-cancellation, you'll see a "Cancel booking" button on your booking detail page. Click it to cancel — you'll be asked to confirm before the cancellation goes through.
Some providers prefer to handle cancellations manually. In this case, you'll see a message with the provider's contact email address. Contact them directly to request a cancellation.
Important
Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. Contact the activity provider directly to discuss refunds for paid bookings.
