Looking Up Your Booking

Find your booking using your reference number.

You can look up any booking using your booking reference number and the name used when booking.

How to find your booking

  1. Go to the booking lookup page at /bookings.
  2. Enter your booking reference (e.g. BA-A1B2C3) — you can find this in your confirmation email.
  3. Enter the name used when making the booking.
  4. Click "Find booking" to view your booking details.

From the booking detail page, you can view all your booking information, cancel your booking (if the provider allows it), or update any additional information fields.

Tip

You can also access your booking directly from the link in your confirmation email — no reference number needed.
