Using the Customers tab

See everyone who has ever booked into a class, their booking history, and lifetime revenue.

Bookabee is class- and booking-centric by default. The Customers tab flips that to give you a per-person view: one row per unique customer with their name, contact details, total bookings, the date of their first booking, and lifetime revenue.

How customers are identified

Bookings made with the same email address (case-insensitive) are grouped as one customer. Bookings made with only a phone number (no email) are grouped by phone instead. So the same parent booking three different classes shows up as a single row with bookingCount = 3.

What's on each row

  • Name — most recent name they used when booking.
  • Email and Phone — mailto/tel links so you can contact them in one click.
  • Bookings — count of confirmed bookings only. Cancelled, payment-pending, and declined bookings don't count.
  • Customer since — date of their earliest confirmed booking.
  • Total revenue — sum of class prices actually paid, post-voucher and post-refund. Booking fees and Stripe processing fees are excluded — this is the money that actually landed in your Stripe account.

Note

A refund you issue is subtracted from total revenue automatically, so the number always reflects net money received.

Customer detail page

Click a customer's name to see every booking they've ever made, across all statuses — including cancelled and declined. Useful for spotting repeat cancellations, no-shows, or for digging into a specific customer's history before contacting them.

GDPR note

The Customers tab is built from the same booker data already in your dashboard. Same data subject rights apply — see the GDPR & Data Protection article.
