What to expect after you've made a booking.
Once your booking is confirmed, here's what happens next:
You'll receive a confirmation email with your booking details, including your unique booking reference (in the format BA-XXXXXX). This email also contains a link to view and manage your booking.
Your booking reference is your unique identifier. You can use it to look up your booking at any time, cancel if the provider allows it, or update your booking information.
For paid classes, your payment is processed through Stripe. You'll also receive a payment receipt from Stripe to your email.
