Managing Self-Service Cancellation

Control whether parents can cancel their own bookings.

By default, parents can cancel their own bookings from the booking confirmation page. You can disable this on a per-class basis.

Disabling self-cancellation

Go to the class detail page in your dashboard.
In "Class Settings", toggle off "Self-cancellation allowed".
Parents will no longer see a cancel button. Instead, they'll be told to contact you using your company contact email.

Important

You must set a company contact email in Settings before you can disable self-cancellation. This ensures parents always have a way to request a cancellation.
