Control whether parents can cancel their own bookings.
New classes are created with self-cancellation OFF. When it's off, the parent's booking page shows your contact email instead of a cancel button and they're asked to get in touch. This gives you control over cancellations and any refund decisions that go with them.
Note
Self-cancellation does not issue a refund automatically. Money you've already taken stays where it is unless you issue a refund yourself — see the Refunds article.
Flip the same toggle off in Class Settings. You'll need a company contact email set in Settings — otherwise parents wouldn't have a way to ask you to cancel for them.
