Configuring Additional Booking Information

Choose what information to collect from parents when they book.

By default, Bookabee collects the booker's name, email, and phone number. You can enable additional fields per class to collect more information from parents during booking.

Available fields

  • Child's name — the name of the child attending the class.
  • Child's date of birth — to help with age-appropriate grouping.
  • Year group — the child's school year group.
  • Medical conditions — any medical information you should know.
  • Allergies — allergy information.
  • Dietary requirements — dietary needs.
  • SEND requirements — special educational needs or disabilities.
  • Photo permission — whether the parent consents to photos being taken.

Enabling fields

  1. Go to the class detail page in your dashboard.
  2. In the "Additional Booking Information" section, click "Edit".
  3. Toggle on the fields you want to collect.
  4. Click "Save" to apply your changes.

Field values are shown on the booking detail page in your dashboard and can be exported along with booking data.

Tip

When you duplicate a class, the booking field configuration is copied to the new class automatically.
